To offer the best service to my clients, I stay up to date with continuing education courses every year. I've been in the fitness industry since 2008 and have held a personal training certification through the National Exercise Trainers Association since 2010. I believe that exercise and proper nutrition are crucial to one's overall well being- BODY, MIND, & SPIRIT. Our physical health affects our mental health and the reverse of that is true as well!You've only got one body, one vessel to use to get through life.
